When you create a Quaevo account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the platform. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We use your information to provide and improve our service, send signal emails and product updates you have opted into, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Account authentication is handled by Clerk, a third-party identity provider. Your password is never stored directly by Quaevo. Clerk's privacy policy governs how your authentication data is handled. You can review Clerk's privacy practices at clerk.com.
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. When you subscribe, you interact directly with Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. Quaevo receives confirmation of payment status but does not have access to your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment processing.
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your selected strategy, and measure platform performance. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at quaevoai@outlook.com.
