By accessing or using Quaevo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free trial and paid subscribers.
Quaevo provides a systematic, factor-based equity screening and signal platform. The service includes daily momentum rankings, quarterly rebalance signals, regime indicators, and portfolio analytics. Quaevo is an informational tool and does not execute trades or manage assets on your behalf.
You must create an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full platform access. No payment information is required to start a trial. After the trial period, access is limited to the free tier unless a subscription is activated.
You may not use Quaevo to redistribute, resell, or sublicense our signals or data to third parties without explicit written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform. Commercial use of Quaevo data in products or services requires a separate agreement.
All content, algorithms, methodologies, and software on the Quaevo platform are the property of Quaevo and its operators. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the platform for personal investment research.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quaevo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any investment losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate or profitable. See our Investment Disclaimer for additional details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
